Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all labels, seals, and accessories received at the time of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification will not be accepted for return.
The item received is wrong, damaged in transit, or defective.
The battery fails to operate due to a manufacturing defect verified by our support team.
Notify us within the return period by sharing your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation before shipping the product back. Returns sent without authorization will not be processed.
Once received, our technicians will inspect the item for eligibility.
A replacement or refund will be issued within 7–10 business days following verification.
Refunds are made via the original payment method.
If the same product is unavailable for replacement, a 100% refund will be provided.
Courier costs for approved returns will be reimbursed.
Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repair attempts.
