Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders placed under special offers or same-day delivery are non-cancellable.
Refunds are applicable if:
The wrong product was delivered.
The item is damaged or defective.
A cancellation was approved before dispatch.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
The refund will be made to the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet) within 5–10 working days after approval.
Returned products showing signs of use, tampering, or physical damage not covered under warranty.
Cases where the correct product was delivered as per order specifications but later found unnecessary or incompatible due to customer oversight.
Batteries with removed serial labels, missing packaging, or incomplete accessories.
If a refund does not appear in your account within the stated period, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If unresolved, contact our support team with your order ID for assistance.
